Viewing the Attachments |

You can view the
attachments on an account by selecting the
Attachments
folder in the left hand frame of the Account
Manager Screen.
The details of any attachments applied to the
account will display in the bottom frame as
shown below. The attachments can be sorted by
clicking on the column headers. |

To view the actual
file that has been attached to the account click
on the button below the "UPDATE" button or
double click on the attachment in the browse.
This will launch the file in its native
application for viewing. |

Creating an Attachment |
The Attachment screen can be launched by clicking on the
NEW
button located at the top right hand side of the
Attachments browse. You may leave this screen
at any time by clicking the "CANCEL" button.
By right clicking in the "File (?)" box will
allow you to select the file you want by
browsing to the directory where the file is
saved.
Enter a description for this file. It
could be an invoice, a copy of a contract
agreement etc.
Click on the "OK" button to save the attachment
record. |

Updating / Deleting an
Attachment |
You may update an
attachment by selecting
the attachment and clicking on the "UPDATE" button located
below the "NEW" button. Only the
"Description" field is editable in the update mode. Click on
the "OK" button to save your changes.
Simply delete the attachment by clicking on the "DELETE"
button. |
