Loyalties
Calculator:
This is an aid to assist users in calculating
Ascentive Loyalties figures on account balances.
To launch the loyalties calculator right-click
on the button to the right of the "Current
Balance" box (The button with the small
calculator icon). This will give you the
option to select which calculator you require.
In this case click "Loyalties".
You will only be able to launch this calculator
if the account is part of an Ascentive Loyalties
Scheme if it is then the
Loyalties Calculator Screen will now be visible.
The calculator
will load with the "Account Current Balance" set
at the value from the account the calculator was
launched. You may now edit the fields to
work out the Loyalties details based on the
criteria set on the Sub Client for this account.
Enter Arrangement Details:
Click in the "Frequency" box and select the
value from the drop down menu. Enter an
"Instalment Amount" and the "No of Instalments"
in the relevant boxes. Right click in the
"Install Start Date" to select a date.
Once you have entered the required data click on
the calculate button. This will populate
the field below with the information you require
on the Loyalties for this account. If you
change any of the editable fields you must click
the "calculate" button again to re-calculate the
values.
Loyalties Details:
Balance: The current balance of the account.
Instalments: The number of instalments you have
entered.
Normal Amortisation Date: Is the date the
arrangement without Loyalties would normally
finish if the arrangement is adhered to.
Early Paydown Date: Is the date the arrangement
would be due to finish with Loyalties, the
description afterwards is how much earlier the
arrangement would finish.
Pot Accrual: Is the value of Loyalties that
would be accrued during the life of the
arrangement
Maximum Discount: Is the percentage amount saved
using the loyalties over the life of the
arrangement. |
