Viewing the Extra Field

You can view the
extra fields on an account by selecting the
Extra Field
folder in the left hand frame of the Account
Manager Screen.
The details of any extra fields applied to the
account will display in the bottom frame as
shown below. The extra fields can be sorted by
clicking on the column headers. |

Creating an Extra Field

The extra field screen can be launched by clicking on the
NEW
button located at the top right hand side of the
Extra Field browse. You may leave this screen
at any time by clicking the "CANCEL" button.
Firstly choose an extra field number from the
drop down menu in the "Field Extent" box.
The description to the right of the "Field
Extent" box will display the title of this extra
field value. If you select an extent
number that already has a value the details of
this value will be shown. You may
over-write and save this if you wish.
Click on the "OK" button to save your changes. |

Updating / Deleting an
Extra Field Value |
You may update an
extra field by double clicking on the extra field displayed on the Account Manager Screen or by selecting
the extra field and clicking on the "UPDATE" button located
below the "NEW" button. Only the "Value"
field is editable in the update mode. Click on the
"OK" button to save your changes.
Simply delete the Extra Field by clicking on the "DELETE"
button. |
