Emails and sms
messages can be sent to contacts on accounts
from ascent. The messages you can send are
controlled at System Administrator level, as a
result you may only choose from pre-created
messages already stored in the system.
To send a message, highlight the contact in the
"contact" box on the main account manager screen
and highlight the number in the contact method
box to the right of the "Contact" box.
Once you have selected the desired contact and
number click on the Send Media Message button to
the top right of the phone numbers box

The Screen below
will load. The number and/or email you
will send the message to will display at the
top. From here right click in the
"MMS Code (?)" box and select the code of the
message you wish to send from the browse.
Click "OK" to sent the message.
