If your system
administrator has enabled this functionality,
you may take ownership
of an account from the account manager screen.
You can only take ownership of accounts that are
currently un-owned.
If the account is currently owned by a user, the
users id will display in the "Owner" box.
If you click in the "Owner" box the drop down
will display further details on the owner of the
account.

Account Manager Screen
If the account
currently is not owned by anyone the "Owner" box
will be blank and if the Take Ownership
functionality is enabled the button to the right
of this box will be activated (See image above).
Take ownership of this account by clicking on
the button. Your id will now display in
the "Owner" box. |
