Requesting and Account Statement
If your system administrator has enabled this functionality, you may generate an account statement for the account you are currently viewing.

By clicking on the button located to the far right of the "Current Balance" box (The button with the small £ sign) will launch an account statement on your screen.


Located on the Account Manager Screen

The statement will launch as a pdf file, which will contain a main statement cover letter and the actual transactions on the following page(s).  If the account you are viewing is part of the Ascentive Loyalties Scheme, details of the loyalties accrued will be displayed in the statement also (See images below).

You may save the file to a desired directory, print or even email the statement to the contact on the account.
