Viewing the White Data Values
You can view white data held on an account by selecting the White Data folder in the left hand frame of the Account Manager Screen.

The details of any white data applied to the account will display in the bottom frame as shown below.  The white data can be sorted by clicking on the column headers.

You may filter the white data you wish to view by clicking in the "White Data Type Filter" box and selecting the type from the drop down menu.
 
Creating a White Data Value
The white data screen can be launched by clicking on the NEW button located at the top right hand side of the White Data browse.  You may leave this screen at any time by clicking the "CANCEL" button.

Firstly choose an extra field number from the drop down menu in the "White Data Extent" box.  The description to the right of the "White Data Extent" box will display the title of this white data value.  If you select an extent number that already has a value the details of this value will be shown.  You may over-write and save this if you wish.

Click on the "OK" button to save your changes.
 
Updating / Deleting a White Data Value
You may update a white data value by double clicking on the white data value displayed on the Account Manager Screen or by selecting the white data value and clicking on the "UPDATE" button located below the "NEW" button.  Only the "Value" field is editable in the update mode.  Click on the "OK" button to save your changes.
Simply delete the White Data by clicking on the "DELETE" button.
