Selecting, Building and
Using the Pools |
 |
You can view the
available pools in
the system by clicking the Pools
folder in the left hand frame of the Account
Manager Screen.
A list of available pools will display as folder
icons under the pools folder. Each will be
identified with a unique name to help selecting
which pool you would like to work. Click
on the pool you require and the Pool Control
panel at the top of the account manager screen
will activate (see below). |
 |
The name of the pool
you have selected will display in the "Pool"
box. Enter the number of accounts you wish
to build into the pool by entering the value in
the fill in area marked above as "No of
Accounts". Then by clicking on the button
labelled above as "Build Pool" will generate the
accounts valid in the specifications of this
pool.
If you wish to select a different pool you may
do this by going through the same steps as
above, but you will require to cancel any pool
builds already in the memory. Do this by
simply clicking on the button marked above as
Clear Pool Build".
To begin viewing the accounts in the pool click
on the "Pool Back" or the "Pool Forward"
buttons. Continue using these buttons to
navigate through the accounts in the pool.
When you firstly click on on of the arrow
buttons any reminders that have been set for you
which are due to be Actioned will load in the
account manager first of all, even if the
accounts are not part of this pool. You
must action these accounts before you can
progress (See the
Creating and Updating an Account Action
section about setting reminders).
Pausing the Pool:
When you are working through the pools and you
take a call regarding another account or you
wish to view details on another account you can
click the "Pause" button. This will clear
the account manager screen and allow you to
enter a new reference for you to view the
account. When you have finished, click the
"Pause" button again which will load the details
of the account you were on before the pause. |
