Firstly select the
card you wish to create the schedule for from
the drop down menu in the "Authorise/Repeat"
box. The details of this choice will be
populated in the various boxes in this screen.
Click the "Schedule Payment" button, which is
the button with the small clock icon.

The schedule
maintenance screen should load (above). You may
add a description for the schedule or use the
default which will be populated if acvailable.
Frequency:
Once Only - Select this if you are setting up a
schedule to take only one payment.
Every 'x' Days - If you wish to set the schedule
for a specific amount of days chose this option
then enter the number of days in the "Days" box.
Monthly - If you require a monthly schedule
select this option and chose the day of the
month you wish the payment to be taken.
Click in the "Day" box and select the day from
the drop down menu. NB. If you select the
31st and the following month has only 30 days
the payment for this month will schedule to be
taken on the 30th instead. Ascent will
automatically default the payment to the end of
the month if there are less days in the next
month.
The date the payment will be next taken will
display in the "Next Schedule Date (?)" box.
To disable the schedule you may check the
"Disable" box. No more scheduled payments
will be taken when this is checked.
You may add a note if required in the "Note"
box.
Click "OK" to save your changes. |
